I’m Carola Unchón

I’m a multi-disciplinary designer currently working as a Product and UX/UI Designer   at Darwinex.
I started as a UX/UI Designer in the company where I currently work with projects for Banco Santander Innovation Lab, dividing my time between Madrid and London.
The first six months at the Lab we developed three fintech apps for Android and iOS using Agile methodologies and various frameworks such as Ionic and Mobile UI Angular. During this time, my tasks in the Lab consisted of searching for opportunities (Research), product ideation, initial wireframes and hand-off processes coordinating with the Development team.
In the last year and a half, within the same company, I have played the role of Product Designer leading the design team for the development of an MVP for the responsive website PagoFX (by Santander), currently available in several European countries.
In this project I worked with PMs and POs to launch features according to the Road Map of the Business team, as well as to create and design from scratch a powerful flow to shape the information architecture of the website.
